Booking an Appointment

Scheduling a consultation with Andromeda Law is straightforward and convenient. All bookings are handled through our online platform on LawTap, allowing you to choose the service you need and a time that fits your schedule.

How to Book

  1. Visit Our LawTap Page: Go to our online booking tool to begin the booking process.

  2. Choose Your Service: Select the type of legal service you require. Options include:

    • Employment Contract Review
    • Contract Drafting
    • 15-Minute Consultation (for matters billed at our hourly rate)
    • Appointments for Clients on Retainer

  3. Select a Date and Time: Pick an available time slot that suits your schedule. We offer extended hours, including evenings and weekends.

  4. Provide Your Information: Fill out the booking form with your contact details and any relevant information about your legal matter.

  5. Complete Payment (If Applicable): For services requiring upfront payment (such as flat-fee services), you will be directed to a secure Stripe payment page after booking. If you wish to pay by a method other than Stripe (such as Interac E-Transfer or Cryptocurrency), please contact us at info@andromeda.law after booking.

  6. Receive Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your appointment, including a Zoom link if applicable.

Service Options

15-Minute Consultation (Free)

For matters billed at our hourly rate, we offer a free 15-minute consultation. This session is intended to determine whether our services are a good fit for your needs. Please note that legal advice will not be provided during this initial consultation; it is an opportunity to understand your situation, discuss potential next steps and discuss costs.

Flat-Fee Services

For services like employment contract reviews or drafting, select the appropriate option when booking. Payment is required upfront to confirm your appointment. These services include:

  • Employment Contract Review
  • Employment Contract Drafting

Clients on Retainer

If you are an existing client with a retainer agreement, you can book appointments or phone calls directly through LawTap by selecting the relevant option.

Meeting Formats

  • Virtual Meetings (Zoom): For most appointments, LawTap will generate a Zoom link for a virtual meeting. You’ll find this link in your confirmation email.

  • Phone Calls: If you book a phone consultation, we will call you at the scheduled time using the phone number you provide during booking.

After Booking

  • Email/SMS Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with all appointment details and any necessary instructions.

  • Document Submission: For certain services, you may be asked to upload relevant documents prior to your appointment. Instructions on how to do this will be provided.

  • Appointment Reminders: Automated reminders will be sent to by email and SMS help you remember your scheduled time.
