Andromeda Law offers free, 30 minute consultations with our lawyer, Benjamin Waterman, allowing you to discuss your matter with him, including asking questions about services, his approach to law, costs and pricing, before making any commitment.
The free consultation is an important part of Benjamin’s practice. He believes everyone should be fully knowledgeable, comfortable and informed about their lawyer, their practice and the costs associated with legal services, before committing to or paying for those services.
Please note that Benjamin does not provide legal advice in the free consultation - it is an opportunity to discuss with him what your options would be, how he would handle your matter, what the costs would be and any other questions you might have.

Is the consultation truly free?
Yes. There is no cost whatsoever for the consultation. Benjamin wants you to be able to discuss with him and be comfortable with his approach and costs before committing to anything with him.
What if I decide not to proceed after the consultation?
That is absolutely fine. There is no expectation or pressure to proceed after the consultation. If Benjamin’s approach or fees do not work for your, or if your matter isn’t one that would be better handled by a different lawyer, Benjamin would rather you get the legal services that work best for you.
Will Benjamin provide legal advice during the free consultation?
Generally, no. The consultation format does not provide enough time and information for Benjamin to give a matter an informed, thoughtful legal opinion. As such, while Benjamin is happy to discuss your options, he avoids giving specific advice during the free consultations.
