Estate Planning Consultation

Andromeda Law offers free, 30 minute consultations with our lawyer, Charlotte Miller, allowing you to discuss your matter with her, including asking questions about services, her approach to law, costs and pricing, before making any commitment.

The free consultation is an important part of Charlotte’s practice. She believes everyone should be fully knowledgeable, comfortable and informed about their lawyer, their practice and the costs associated with legal services, before committing to or paying for those services.

Please note that Charlotte does not provide legal advice in the free consultation - it is an opportunity to discuss with her what your options would be, how she would handle your matter, what the costs would be and any other questions you might have.

  • Is the consultation truly free?
    Yes. There is no cost whatsoever for the consultation. Charlotte wants you to be able to discuss with her and be comfortable with her approach and costs before committing to anything with her.

    What if I decide not to proceed after the consultation?
    That is absolutely fine. There is no expectation or pressure to proceed after the consultation. If Charlotte’s approach or fees do not work for your, or if your matter isn’t one that would be better handled by a different lawyer, Charlotte would rather you get the legal services that work best for you.

    Will Charlotte provide legal advice during the free consultation?
    Generally, no. The consultation format does not provide enough time and information for Charlotte to give a matter an informed, thoughtful legal opinion. As such, while Charlotte is happy to discuss your options, she avoids giving specific advice during the free consultations.
