I'm Charlotte Miller, and I live and work in Simcoe in Norfolk County. Whether you need a Will, a separation agreement, or help with a workplace issue, I'm here and available to meet with you locally.
I also work with clients across Ontario virtually, but if you're in Simcoe, Norfolk, Haldimand, or the surrounding area, we can sit down together in person.
A Norfolk County practice
I grew up in Delhi, went to DDSS, served for 17 years with the local army reserve unit (69 Battery, Royal Canadian Artillery, in Simcoe), and continue to live in Norfolk with my family. I've been practicing law in Norfolk County since 2018, working for six years at Brimage Law Group before starting my own solo practice in 2024.
Many of my clients are are from all across Ontario and I work with them entirely online. But Norfolk is home, and I wanted to make sure people here have a local option for the legal services they need most.
Why local matters
When you're dealing with something like a Will, a severance package, or a separation, it helps to work with someone who understands your community and is easy to reach. I'm not a Bay Street firm charging Bay Street prices. I'm a solo practitioner in Simcoe who charges flat fees and lives here.
If you prefer face-to-face, we can meet in person. If virtual is easier, that works too. Either way, you're working directly with me.
