FREE CONSULTATION
Let's talk through your situation.
Every new client starts with a free consultation. It's a chance for us to talk about what's going on, figure out whether I can help, and discuss what the next steps and costs would look like. No obligation, no pressure.
How it Works
1
Book a time
Pick a time that works for you using the booking tool below, or email me directly. I offer daytime, evening, and weekend slots.
2
We talk
We'll meet for 30 minutes over Zoom (or in person if you're local to Norfolk County and prefer). I'll ask some questions, listen to your situation, and explain your options.
3
You decide
If there's legal work to be done, I'll explain what's involved and quote a flat fee. You decide whether to proceed. There's no obligation and no follow-up pressure.
What we'll cover
The consultation is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. By the end of our 30 minutes together, you'll have a clear picture of where you stand and what your options are.
How much we can cover depends on your situation, but here's what I typically work through:
→Your situation and what you're hoping to accomplish
→Whether your matter is something I can help with
→Your legal options and what each one involves
→A realistic timeline for getting things done
→What it would cost
→Any questions you have
What the consultation is
A genuine, helpful conversation about your legal situation. I'll give you real information about where you stand, not a vague overview designed to get you to sign a retainer.
Even if you decide not to work with me, you'll leave the call knowing more than you did when you came in. That's the point.
What it isn't
It's not a full legal opinion or a deep dive into every issue in your matter. Thirty minutes is enough to understand your situation, explain your options, and figure out the right next step, but the detailed legal work happens after you've decided to retain me.
If your situation falls outside my practice areas, I'll let you know and help point you in the right direction.
Available for all of my services
The free consultation applies across every area of my practice.
